Donny van de Beek will miss the Netherlands national team at Euro 2020


The Dutch Football Association announced today, Tuesday, that Manchester United player Donny van de Beek will miss the Netherlands national team at the European Championship "Euro 2020" due to an injury.


The Dutch Federation indicated in its statement that Van de Beek suffers from an injury that will prevent him from continuing on the list of mills during the competition.


Coach Frank de Boer will not call any new player to the list, according to the Dutch Federation.


The Dutch national team plays in a group that includes Austria, Ukraine and North Macedonia.


Van de Beek was excluded from the Dutch national team's squad for Euro 2020 due to an injury.


The Dutch Federation explained that Donny van de Beek will have to miss the European Championship 2020 due to his suffering from an injury, as Doni will not be able to recover before the start of the tournament, and therefore he has been excluded, and the coach will not call an alternative name.


The Manchester United midfielder withdrew from the Netherlands squad and coach Frank de Boer will not be called in as a substitute.


Van de Beek did not participate in any of the Netherlands' preliminaries for the European Championship, which ended in a 2-2 draw with Scotland last week and a 3-0 win over Georgia on Sunday.
