The head of the Russian "Gamalia" Center for Microbiology, Alexander Ginsburg, said that the clinical test for the first nasal vaccine against the emerging corona virus "Covid-19" will start at the end of 2021 or early 2022, and it will be registered in 2022.
Ginsburg explained, according to "Russia Today" news channel, today, Friday, that the "Gamalia" center is constantly working on developing new vaccines and updating existing ones, and among the new vaccines against the Corona virus is one injected through the nose, and that it is now undergoing its preclinical tests, and from It is scheduled to start clinical tests at the end of this year or early next year.
The Russian official indicated that the vaccine is supposed to be injected first with two doses, but it is not unlikely that in the future only one dose will be used, explaining that the new vaccine does not produce any side effects in practice.
