Moscow proposes to Berlin and Paris to hold an urgent international meeting on "Donbas"


Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Director of the Russian President's Administration, announced that Moscow proposes to Germany and France to discuss armistice issues in eastern Ukraine before April 27.

He said, "I confirm my proposal regarding the possibility of conducting such negotiations directly in the conflict area (in Donbas) with the participation of representatives of Ukraine and the concerned regions in the Donetsk and Lugansk provinces."
