More than 4 thousand new infections and 26 deaths from the Corona virus in Iraq

Today, Friday, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment recorded 4,157 new infections with the emerging "Corona" virus (Covid 19); The total number of infections recorded since the beginning of the epidemic in the country reached 1,218,524 cases.

 

The ministry stated - in a statement, reported by (Alsumaria News) channel - that 26 new deaths were recorded as a result of infection with the coronavirus; The total number of deaths reached 16,488, and 4,126 new cases of recovery from the virus were recorded; Bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,133,347, with a recovery rate of 93%.

 

She indicated that 20,507 people received the vaccine against "Corona", during the past 24 hours, bringing the total of those who received the vaccine in the country to 637,455 people.
