The head of the National Coalition in Iraq, Iyad Allawi, said today, Sunday, that the massacres facing Gaza require unifying Arab and Islamic stances.
Allawi said in a tweet to him on "Twitter" according to "Alsumaria News" news channel, "The massacres that Gaza and its people are subjected to require unifying Arab and Islamic positions to support the Palestinian cause and support the legitimacy of the Palestinian leadership, and to achieve a just, comprehensive and lasting peace away from auctions."
The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has witnessed a continuous sharp escalation since May 8, which began with the outbreak of clashes in the Temple Mount area and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem, as Israel implements measures to expel Palestinian families from their homes.
