Palestinian youth in the Gaza Strip organized the "We will give it life" initiative, to remove the effects of the Israeli bombardment from the streets and restore life to the Strip. Hundreds of factions, associations, local institutions and students flocked to the streets that were affected by the Israeli bombing, to participate in the largest initiative of its kind to restore life to Gaza after the Israeli bombing, which lasted about 11 days.
The campaign was launched in front of the Sunrise Tower, which was destroyed by the Israeli bombing, with the participation of at least 1,000 volunteers, from associations, institutions, political parties, city families, and various volunteer teams, in addition to Gaza municipality employees.
The Israeli bombing of Gaza left massive destruction, with 1,447 housing units totally destroyed, more than 16,000 other partially damaged units, several kilometers of streets destroyed, and major damage to more than 300 economic, industrial and commercial establishments.
