The Syrian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 74 new infections with the "Corona" virus, and the recovery of 190 cases and the death of 7 people, and the ministry explained, according to Syrian TV, that the total number of infections in Syria reached 23 thousand and 51 cases, and the total number of people recovering from the disease was 17,529. The official spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, announced that 1253 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of cases registered in Kuwait to 279,854 injuries.

Al-Sanad stated - according to the Kuwait News Agency "KUNA" - that 11 deaths have been recorded; This brings the total number of registered deaths to 1601, and the recovery of 1213 cases. This brings the total number of people recovering to 262,582 cases, indicating that the percentage of total recoveries out of the total injuries amounted to 94.9%.

He stated that the number of people receiving medical care in the intensive care departments reached 207, and that the total number of cases that have been confirmed and are still receiving the necessary medical care is 14,902.

He renewed the call to continue adopting preventive methods, to avoid contact with others, and to be keen on physical distancing, recommending to visit the accounts of the Ministry of Health and official authorities in the country to view instructions and recommendations, and everything that would contribute to containing the spread of the virus.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health also announced the registration of 748 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total number of people infected with the epidemic throughout Lebanon to 529,205 injuries that were proven through laboratory tests (PCR) that were conducted in Lebanese hospitals, accredited private laboratories and Rafic Hariri International Airport. In a statement, the Ministry indicated that 23 new deaths were recorded, bringing the number of deaths due to infection with the virus in Lebanon to 7368 cases, while 513 people are in intensive care units, in addition to 169 people on ventilators in hospitals.

The ministry stated that the number of laboratory tests conducted over the past 24 hours to detect infection with the virus amounted to 14,800 examinations, including residents inside Lebanon and arrivals through the airport.
